Information about getting to and from hospital appointments and what help may be available when you leave hospital.

Meals on wheels

We provide a meal delivery service to people in their own homes as part of their care support packages. This service is provided through Apetito which is a private provider, and is based on an assessment of an individual's need.

Occupational therapy

Occupational therapy helps disabled and older people to find ways of managing daily living activities and mobility after hospital care or respite care.

Equipment

If you have a disability or sensory impairment and have trouble carrying out every day tasks then you may be able to get specialist equipment to help you such as hand rails and raised toilet seats.
