Making a complaint about our services
If you have a complaint about any adult social care services, please contact our complaints team who will be happy to advise on the procedure.

Complaints about other social care, healthcare or partner agencies
Partner agencies
We work in partnership with a wide range of other agencies such as health services, police, voluntary organisations, or independent social care services.
If the issue you raise relates to one of our partners, we will give you information about how to contact them.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC)
The CQC is now responsible for the registration and inspection of the following services:
- care homes, including homes with nursing care
- domiciliary care agencies (home care agencies)
- independent health care establishments
- Adult Placement Scheme for placing vulnerable adults with carers.
