Dropped kerbs

Dropped kerbs or 'crossovers' can be installed to allow:

  • vehicle access over a pavement or verge to a private driveway or parking space
  • pedestrian, wheelchair or disabled access to a property or road junction.

You will be responsible for paying any costs for installing a dropped kerb and the works must be carried out by a Council approved contractor.
