Train and bus disruption in Rye and the Hastings area

There will be disruption to bus services in Rye from January 2012.

Ore Tunnel – trains between Hastings and Ashford

Maintenance work by Network Rail on the Ore tunnel has been completed. The line reopened on Sunday 11 March 2012.

Rye resurfacing works

The Highways Agency is carrying out resurfacing works on the A259 between Winchelsea and Brenzett, between January and March 2012
