Parking ticket challenge form (Penalty Charge Notice)

If you believe that a parking ticket has been issued incorrectly you can write to us using this form.

State your case clearly and simply. If you have evidence to support your claim, such as receipts or witness statements, please include copies of these.

Guidance notes

You may challenge the parking ticket (PCN) in writing within 14 days of its issue, and the 50% discount amount will stay at £25/£35 (depending on the offence) while we consider your challenge. If your challenge is unsuccessful and the Council upholds the parking ticket, you will be given the opportunity to pay £25/£35 if this is received within 14 days of the date of our letter of reply.
