Local Transport Plan, 2000-2005

The documents on this page make up our first Local Transport Plan (LTP) which covered the period 2000-2005.

For each year, we produced an annual report explaining our progress towards achieving the objectives of the plan. In July 2006, we submitted a delivery report to the Government covering the whole period of the LTP1.
