Local Transport Plan

The documents on this page make up our first Local Transport Plan (LTP) which covered the period 2000–2005.

For each year, we produced an annual report explaining our progress towards achieving the objectives of the plan. In July 2006, we submitted a delivery report to the Government covering the whole period of the LTP1.
