Local Transport Plan 2 (2006 – 2011)

Covering 2006–2011, LTP2 identifies 115 road safety and 1000 road maintenance schemes, which will be rolled out over the next five years.

Through LTP2, we will help to deliver the national and local Government shared priority for transport, by:

• tackling congestion
• delivering accessibility to key services
• improving road safety
• improving air quality
• improving quality of life.
