What is the Times Digital Archive?
Newspapers can be particularly useful if you are researching local and family history.
Times Digital Archive contains every complete page of every issue of The Times (London) from 1785 to 2006, including:
- headlines, articles and images
- front pages
- editorial
- birth and death notices
- advertisements and classified ads.
Use the Times Digital Archive at home
Use your library card and PIN to sign into the E-library and go directly to the online reference library page.
