Library computers have full access to Credo reference books online. Library members can also get access from home.
What is Credo Reference?
Credo Reference is an online library giving access to over 550 books from authoritative and popular publishers. It covers a broad range of subjects, including:
- categories such as art, literature, law and technology
- encyclopedias, dictionaries and a crossword solver
- quotations and biographies.
You can search by keyword across all books, by category or search a single volume.
Articles are brought to life with animations, video and sound clips, fine art images and more. You can also do a weekly quiz.

Use Credo Reference at home
Use your library card and PIN to sign into the E-library and go directly to the online reference library page.
After you've signed into the E-library, there will also be a link to the 'Online reference library' on the right of every page.
