'Refer' - local reference access scheme

Libraries in Hastings and St Leonards are working in partnership to improve access to library facilities for the local community.

The 'Refer' scheme enables members of the public to access a wide range of resources including some specialist collections.

How to access the scheme

If you hold full membership of the Public Libraries you can apply for reference access to the other libraries taking part in this scheme. Full membership requires customers to provide proof of name and address when joining the library.

Please ask a member of staff at Hastings Library if you would like further details, or phone 0345 60 80 196 and ask to be put through to Hastings Library and mention the ‘Refer' scheme.
