Use this form to:

• send us your comments, suggest improvements or complain
• ask us about your loans, reservations, renewals or charges
• request a PIN to use our E-library online services.

PIN requests

Please type 'PIN request' in the comments box at the bottom of the form. You must also provide the following details:

• your library card number
• your full address, including postcode.

We will post your PIN to your home.

Updating membership details

After you've got your PIN, sign into the E-library to update your phone number, email address and PIN and choose to receive reservation notices by email.

To update your name and address, please visit your local library with proof of your new name, signature or address.
