Home library service

Use this form to ask us to deliver a library service to your home, including:

  • books in ordinary or large print
  • books on tape or CD
  • music CDs
  • DVDs.

This free service is for people who cannot easily use a library due to disability or frailty, or because you are caring for someone who cannot be left.

Guidance notes

When you've completed your application form, please hand it to staff at your local library.

You can also post the form to:

Manager: Equal Access Services
Brooks Road

Tel: 01273 335383

After we've received the form, a member of our library staff or a volunteer will discuss your requirements with you. They will then bring you a library service on a regular basis.

If you live in a residential or nursing care home, sheltered housing or attend a day centre then the service may be provided in a different way.
