What's on in libraries for children
Storytelling in the library
Babies and toddlers can have fun singing, playing musical instruments and learning rhymes.
Under fives can enjoy listening to stories told by library staff, from picture books to pop-up books.
Schoolchildren and younger children aged three and over can stop off for a story on the last Friday every month.
Get creative with cutting, sticking and painting as you make things in our arts and crafts sessions.
Talk about the books you've been reading with other children.
Check term dates and what will be happening in libraries during school holidays.
Collect stickers, take part in lots of events and win prizes in our summer reading challenge.
