This year the school summer holidays run from Thursday 24 July to Wednesday 3 September.
We've put together some suggestions for family days out, listed by venue.
Please check with your venue before setting out, in case times or dates have changed. Events will be removed from this page once they have passed.

£1.50 charge for each activity. Children free entry. Normal admission fee for adults.

Try on replica armour, medieval clothing and explore the medieval battlements.
