If you would like to book a course or a class at the Spray Water Sports Centre then you can complete this form and send it to the centre electronically or by post.

Sending the form by post

If you post the form please make sure you sign it and include a cheque to pay for the course. We will confirm your booking within 5 working days of receiving the form.

Sending the form by email

In order to secure your place on a course please send us a deposit which is 10% of the course cost. We will then confirm your booking within 3 working days of receiving the deposit.
