Youth training courses
Summer holiday fun courses – £90
An introductory taster week for 6 to 14 year olds. Learn windsurfing, body boarding, sailing and kayaking during the school summer holidays, 4 sessions Mondays to Thursdays, 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Beginners courses for 6 to 14 year olds – £90
A beginner's course in sailing or windsurfing, split into four three-hour sessions. Courses take place on the lake in Princes Park, Eastbourne, or on the sea, weather permitting from 10am to 1pm.
Dinghy sailing taster session - £20 – (£30 for one on one sessions)
Learn the basics of dinghy sailing in two hours.
Groups
Summer holiday group skills courses
These summer sailing and windsurfing courses are for 6 to 14 year olds. The five-day course is taught in groups of up to six people. It takes place Mondays to Fridays, 2pm to 4pm. You can learn stages 1 to 4 of both windsurfing and sailing. Bookings subject to availability, contact us for details.

Groups taster multi-activity day – £32.50 per person
For groups of 10 to 40 children or young people, aged 6 to 14 years old. Courses run from the Easter holidays to October half-term and you can take part in sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and body boarding.

Junior power boating
Levels 1 and 2
If you are 12 to 16 years old, and have no experience, this Level 1 one-day RYA approved course teaches you the basics of boat handling. Level 2 is a two-day course for those with some boating experience including high speed handling, coming alongside, and man overboard recovery. Parents must accompany under-14s.
- Level 1 – £99 (£140 for one on one sessions)
- Level 2 – £140 (£175 for one on one sessions)
- 3-day combined level 1 & 2 course - £199 (£260 for one on one sessions)
Children's parties
For children aged 6 to 14 years old. Includes a 90 minute taught session of:
- windsurfing
- canoeing, or
- sailing.
Prices per person
- Groups of up to 6 – £16 for one activity, £20 for two activities, £24 for three activities
- Groups of 7 to 12 – £14 for one activity, £18 for two activities, £22 for three activities
- Groups of 13 to 18 – £12 for one activity, £16 for two activities, £20 for three activities
- Groups of 19 to 24 – £14 for two activities, £18 for three activities
- Groups of 25 to 36 – £16 for three activities
A session including one activity lasts for an hour and a half, a two activity session will last for two hours and a three activity session will last for two and a half hours.
