Records viewing request

Commonly used documents (eg parish registers and maps) are held at our offices but more unusual items may be held off-site and take about a week to order. To avoid disappointment, please use the attached form to request the items you are looking for before you visit.

All sections of the form must be completed, including the document reference numbers. You can search for document reference numbers on Access to Archives.
