Broomhill Sands
A surfaced ramp provides access onto a 400 metre section of the sea wall from the car park giving superb views over Rye Bay.

Hastings Country Park
The country park stretches along the coastline east of Hastings and has diverse wild habitats. Much of the park is rugged and difficult to access but the Firehills area has an accessible trail, visitor centre, picnic facilities, car park and toilets.

Rye Harbour Nature Reserve
A 1.5km surfaced track runs from Rye Harbour Village to the shore. Birds and wildlife abound along this route and there is also a pool overlooked by two birdwatching hides with wheelchair access.

Seven Sisters Country Park
The park is a large chalk grassland site lying partly on the most seaward stretch of the Cuckmere valley and partly on the undulating hills of the Seven Sisters.
Many facilities have easy access including a 2km track to the sea. This track is mostly concrete but has a well-worn grass track for the last 700m which is accessible during summer.
