Days out in East Sussex
Each of the days out includes a selection of East Sussex highlights for families, friends or lone adventurers to enjoy. If you prefer, any one of the attractions could fill a whole day.

- See murals at Berwick Church and Charleston, followed by the splendours of Firle Place.
- Family
- Take the family to the zoo, have tea at Alfriston and go for a dip at the seaside.
- Gardens
- Three beautiful gardens – Groombridge Place, Pashley Manor and Great Dixter.
- Historic towns and buildings
- Visit the ancient towns of Rye and Winchelsea, nearby Battle with its abbey and Bodiam's medieval castle.
- Out and about in the High Weald
- Get some fresh air and exercise at Wilderness Wood, Ashdown Forest and Forest Way Country Park.
- Westward ho!
- A mixture of places to see in the west of the county – Sheffield Park Garden, Bluebell Railway and Heaven Farm.
