Our programme of guided rides and cycling events, mainly aimed at beginners and improvers.
Rye Rides
Town and countryside rides for all abilities, in the Rye area.
Cuckoo Trail
The 11mile (16km) surfaced track through the Sussex countryside is a safe cyclists all ages and abilities. An extension runs south from Polegate to Hampden Park in Eastbourne forming part of a National Cycle Network route.
Forest Way Country Park
The 10 mile (14.5 km) route runs from Forest Row in the west close to the River Medway towards Groombridge in the east. There are a number of circular trails, varying in length and difficulty.
Shinewater Park
Shinewater Park is Eastbourne's newest park and combines purpose built recreation facilities within a country park atmosphere. Surfaced footpath/cycleways form pleasant routes around the Park.
South Downs Cycling Directory
