Newhaven
There are two beaches here; a long pebble beach running underneath the cliffs and, at low tide, a small sandy beach in the harbour. The smaller beach is a popular surfing spot. More details from Good beach guide.

Seaford

Cuckmere Haven
Quiet pebble beach, part of which is underneath the Seven Sisters cliffs. About 1/2 hour walk from Exceat visitor centre. More details from Good beach guide.

Birling Gap

Eastbourne

Pevensey Bay

Hastings

Fairlight Cove
