Our workforce plan – finding, keeping and developing the staff we need

We make sure that the right staff are in the right place, at the right time, to deliver the services local residents and the community need.

We use a workforce plan to look ahead over the next three to five years and help us identify any difficulties we might have in finding and keeping essential staff.
