Recycling your unwanted furniture means less waste going to landfill. It can also help people, especially those on low incomes to furnish their homes on a budget.
You can recycle your useful but unwanted furniture or find low cost items:
- using the Freegle or Freecycle websites
- at local second-hand furniture shops
- at car boot sales
- in your local newspaper.
Most Household Waste Recycling Sites in East Sussex accept items of domestic furniture for reuse and may sell items at a low cost. Find your local Household Waste Recycling Site.
