- Only 6 bags of soil or hardcore will be accepted per month.
- The site no longer accepts car or household batteries, computer monitors, TVs, fluorescent tubes, or fridges and freezers for recycling or disposal. This is because these items are now classified as hazardous waste under new Government regulations and we are no longer licensed to accept them at this site. Residents wishing to dispose of these items will be able to use the other permanent household waste recycling sites, all of which are licensed to accept them. - A site visit to your home may be required if the site staff suspect you are taking commercial waste/recycling to the site. All visits are carried out by East Sussex County Council staff.
