A New Approach to Development Contributions (supplementary planning guidance)
Information about the contributions from developments towards providing the County Council infrastructure needed to serve them.
For most of our services, the threshold for development contributions is 15 dwellings. However, for transport there is no minimum threshold for measures required to enable developments to go ahead. There is also no threshold for Local Sustainable Accessibility Improvement Contributions (LSAICs) from new housing.
Download the report and minutes from the Lead Member for Transport and Environment meeting – Proposal to exempt Local Sustainable Accessibility Improvement Contributions from the interim threshold of 15 dwellings.
