When will the planning application be reported to the Planning Committee?

Planning Regulations indicate that a decision should be made within 16 weeks of registering the application. But as this is a complex proposal requiring technical advice, it is likely to take longer.

The application will require very careful assessment and technical advice. With consideration of objections, this will mean that the report to the Planning Committee is likely to take several months to prepare.
