How can I comment on the planning application?

All comments made to us in writing will be examined, but only those about planning issues will be considered in relation to the application.

The deadline for comments was 6 July 2007.

An acknowledgement letter should have been sent to you if you sent your comments by post. You will have received an automated acknowledgement if you used the online form. Anyone who made comments will be informed of the final decision.

All letters and emails received will be considered to be public documents. They will be available to councillors and to anyone who asks to see them.
