Energy from Waste facility, Newhaven – letter from the Government Office for the South East (GOSE)

The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government has decided not to call in the planning application for the Energy from Waste facility at North Quay, Newhaven.

Confirmation was received in a letter dated 22 March 2007, which can be downloaded below.
