Parking standards at development

This Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) sets out the policy for parking standards when new developments are planned in East Sussex.

While our standards recommend maximum parking provision, they are also used as a starting point for negotiation with developers. We take into account local circumstances and the proposed layout and position of parking when making decisions about parking proposals.
