Recruitment
We recruit three or four people every six months, usually in March and September. You can send in your application at any time of year and we will contact you when we are recruiting.
We select seven or eight people for an informal interview. Candidates who show promise are then invited for two trial days of practical work in the field. The final team is selected out of these candidates.
