Camber Sands

The village of Camber lies 3 miles East of Rye. Signposted off the A259, Camber can be reached by the 711 bus from Rye. The nearest railway stations are Rye and Winchelsea, served by trains on the Hastings to Ashford line. With a Sustrans cycle path also leading from Rye to Camber, you can cycle or walk to the village and enjoy the views across the Romney Marsh.

The sand dunes and beach are well signposted from the village, along with the main car parks. Please note that during the summer months the area is very popular with increased traffic and busy car parks. Check local radio travel reports for daily information.
