The Historic Environment Awareness Project
Within the Weald Forest Ridge area an exciting new 3-year project is underway. Previously unknown archaeology will be revealed by an aerial laser survey and through exploration by community groups.

Training and education
Finding employment in archaeology, museums or in environmental conservation can be difficult. If you can spend some time training with us then we may be able to help.
Through the East Sussex Archaeology and Museums Partnership (ESAMP), we provide structured training opportunities and educational services in partnership with a number of local museums.
These projects, often demonstrating ancient crafts and technology, aim to make the rich archaeological and environmental heritage of East Sussex accessible to the public.
