Bullying – help and support for parents
Remember, keeping the lines of communication open between you and the school is essential if the problem of your child's bullying is to be resolved.
Keep calm and talk to your child about what's been happening. Then ask to speak to your child's form or class teacher or head of year. If neither the form teacher nor the head of year is able to resolve the situation, you can make an appointment to see the head teacher.

You can download a booklet on how to make a complaint about bullying. ACE provides a free advice line for parents on bullying as well as exclusion from school, special educational needs and school admission appeals.
