Secondary school admissions for the school year 2010-11

This form is for children starting secondary school in September 2010.

Please note, the deadline for using our online admissions form passed at midnight on Friday 13 November 2009.

Before completing the form it is important that you read the school admissions booklet for Sept 2010–11.

You can include additional information that you feel is important to your child's application, for example a doctor's note or medical certificate. Please make sure that all supporting information has your child's name and current school clearly written on it.

Please do not use this form if you live outside the county or want to change schools during the current academic year. See instead:

• living outside East Sussex and starting in September 2010
• school admissions during the academic year.
