Secondary school admissions for the school year 2009-10
This form is for children starting secondary school in September 2009.
Before completing the form it is important that you read the school admissions booklet for Sep 2009–10.
You can include additional information that you feel is important to your child’s application, for example a doctor’s note or medical certificate. Please make sure that all supporting information has your child’s name and current school clearly written on it.
Please do not use this form if you are living outside East Sussex and starting in September 2009.
