Primary school admissions for 2009-10

If your child is due to start primary school in September 2009, you should complete a primary school application. You can download a form at the bottom of this page.

Your child must have been born between 1 September 2004 and 31 August 2005 to apply.

Late applications

Applications received by 23 February 2009 were regarded as ‘on time’ - decisions are based on applications received by this date. You can still apply for a school place but your application will be regarded as late.

If the school given as your preference is fully subscribed by ‘on time’ applications it is likely that another school will be offered, unless allocating another school would be considered as unreasonable because of the distance
