Appeal against a school admissions decision where infant class size law applies
Only use this form to appeal for an infant class place for your child if your child has not been given a place because infant classes are restricted by law to 30 pupils with a single qualified teacher.
You may only appeal for places at schools you originally requested on your school admissions application form. You must complete a separate form for each school that you wish to appeal for.
