Appeal against a school admissions decision

Use this form to appeal for a school place for your child. You may only appeal for places at schools you originally requested on your school admissions application form. You must complete a separate form for each school that you wish to appeal for.

Tips on completing the online form

• At the end of this process, you'll be able to Save and print a form that looks exactly like the paper version.
• We've made it easier to complete subsequent forms for another school or child, if you need to. Just click ‘submit another appeal re-using your data' at the end, and much of your details (except critical information such as the child's name, and the reasons for appeal for example) will automatically be repeated on the new form.
• You don't need to sign it.
• If you have any technical problems, please contact the School admissions appeals manager.
