If you are an exisiting Area Music Centre (AMC) member, and would like to audition for one of the music groups, please download the form below.

You then need to:

  • fill in the details
  • ask your parent or guardian to sign it
  • ask your instrumental teacher to sign it
  • return the form to the Music Service.
