Young Music Makers application form

We have a wide range of activities for children aged 5 and 6 years old.

Each class is 30 minutes long and 30 lessons are offered each year, approximately 10 per term. If you would like to apply for your child to join, download the application form below and post it back to the East Sussex Music Service.
