What is the Partnership Board?
The East Sussex Adult Learning and Skills Partnership Board was set up in 2007 by East Sussex County Council and the Learning and Skills Council Sussex.
What does the board do?
The purpose of the board is to understand demand and build capacity for learning and skills in East Sussex, whether it is learning for leisure or developing job skills. It provides a forum for partners to work together to improve the wellbeing of individuals, communities and businesses and the future prosperity of the county.

The board was responsible for delivering the National Indicator 163 target in the Local Area Agreement about the ‘working age population qualified to at least Level 2 or higher'.
