How and when to contact our Departmental complaints officers

Complaints don't have to be made in writing. We recommend you first contact the person you have been dealing with, or ask to speak to their manager. In many cases, the problem can be sorted out then and there.

Where to send formal written complaints

You can make a written complaint about the council by email or by post.

Please address them to the department concerned, marked for the attention of the Departmental Complaints Officer, at:

County Hall
St Anne's Crescent
Lewes BN7 1UE

or use the email addresses below.
