Complaints

At East Sussex County Council we aim to provide good quality and efficient services, and we expect our staff to be helpful, polite and to explain things clearly. But sometimes things go wrong and you may not be happy with the service you receive.

We welcome your comments, good and bad. They are an opportunity for us to improve our services. We will look into any complaints fully and fairly, and if we find that something is wrong we will try to put it right.

Let us know if you think the County Council has:

  • failed to do something
  • done something wrong
  • acted unfairly.

For more information about how to complain please follow the links above.

The Citizens Advice Bureaux offer an impartial service and can advise you if you need any help with making a complaint against us. Contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau to find out more.
