The Consumer Support Network for community groups and organisations in East Sussex
Organisations throughout East Sussex work together to raise awareness of consumer rights issues, to improve access to information and advice and co-ordinate work where needed. Networks like this have been set up around the country, and are known as Consumer Support Networks (CSN).
Alongside all the major national advice services, these organisations range from hospitals, voluntary and community groups, parish councils and housing associations through to the police. Locally, training and expertise is provided via our Trading Standards team.
For further background information please see Consumer Direct – about CSNs.
