Refunds and cancellations of orders for copies of certificates

If an application is unsuccessful, this office will refund your order. The refund will be made directly to your credit / debit card account via the Worldpay payment service provider. A letter or email of explanation will also be sent to you at this time. Please do not contact the Council to enquire about any refund made until you have received and read this letter.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; or audio/video recordings or software (including data) that you have unsealed.
