How to order a copy

To order a copy of a civil partnership certificate, fill out the form below and forward it to the registration office where the civil partnership was registered. If you are unsure, please send your completed forms to East Sussex Register Office.

There are two ways to pay:

  • by sterling cheque made payable to East Sussex County Council
  • by credit card over the phone.

Costs

Copies cost £10 each plus 50p for postage and packaging. They are usually despatched within five working days of receiving your request.

There will be an additional charge of £10 per order if you want us to send your certificates as a priority.
