We can search the register of common land for you.
To apply for a search:
- write us a letter outlining your request and attach a plan, clearly indicating which land you would like us to search the register for
- include a cheque for £10 made payable to 'East Sussex County Council'
- address the letter to:

The search will reveal whether the land is, or lies adjacent to, common land and where further information on common land and village greens can be obtained.
