Benefits – help for older people

Working in partnership with East Sussex Age Concern, dedicated benefits outreach staff can visit people in their own homes, work out benefits they are entitled to and help fill out any necessary forms.

Outreach staff can also put people in touch with relevant care agencies if the home visit highlights a particular need.

This scheme has helped many people to improve their quality of life.

To find out more, contact your local Age Concern office.

The national Age Concern website has more information on the different benefits, including an online benefits checker.
