Mums and Dads (MAD) is a magazine for young parents living in East Sussex.
Whatever your age or situation this magazine will help you grab the information you need, when you need it. MAD helps you find your way through the maze of financial support available. It offers advice on childcare options and information on health and wellbeing for you and your baby.
Every issue includes a complete listing of all services and organisations in your local areas, as well as top tips on where to head for a great coffee with baby in tow! We believe being young doesn’t mean you can’t be as good a parent as somebody twice your age. Although the thought of sleepless nights and dirty nappies might seem scary, remember having a baby is also fun and exciting. With the right information and heaps of encouragement anyone can be a great parent.
