What is a Children's Services Authority?

Children's Services Authorities bring together all the services for children under one umbrella. They have taken over the functions of the old Local Education Authorities.

Making a complaint about a school

There are four different levels you can go through when making a complaint about a school, depending on the nature of your complaint. If you want to talk to someone before making a complaint about a school, contact Customer Services.
